First Sunday Lunch       - free pot luck lunch after the morning service on the first Sunday of each month (except for Nov & Dec)
 

Wednesday night meals - free dinner on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except Nov & Dec)
 

Adult Ministry Opportunities

 

Sunday School - We offer small group classes for all adults as well as the opportunity to become a teacher.  Sunday School is a fabulous way to get to know members in your age group or with similar situations.  

Men's Ministry - The men in our church have special breakfast meetings for fellowship and discipleship as well as a special ministry to volunteer their skills and service to help those in need.  

Women's Ministry - Opportunities for the ladies in our church include a weekly prayer meeting on Thursday at 2:00 pm at the church.  Preparation and distribution of gift baskets to sick members. Other opportunities to serve and assist in our local and surrounding communities as needs arise. A Sign Language Class is currently being taught at 4:00 pm on Sundays at the church. Special meetings of the Women's Ministry are called as needed.

Adult Choir - We encourage everyone who is interested in making a joyful noise to participate in our adult choir on Sunday mornings and/or for special concerts throughout the year.  Practice for regular Sunday morning worship is every Sunday afternoon from 4:30 - 5:45 p.m.  Practice for special events is at the discretion of the music minister.  

Committees and other special volunteer projects - We welcome everyone to be involved in our church activities.  We have a wide range of needs to be met so that you can put your special talents to work for the Lord.  Teach a class, be on the hostess committee, volunteer for VBS - whatever your gift, we have a  ministry for you to put it to use. 

 

 

We believe that our children and youth are an integral part of our church and its future.  We place particular importance on discipleship and fellowship opportunities for them.  

Sunday School - We offer small group classes for all ages, from nursery through high school.  

Music Makers - For grades 1-6, we offer an opportunity to participate in a children's choir on Sundays during the evening worship from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.  

Monthly Fellowship - We have various fellowship opportunities for our children and youth groups including: bowling; game night; pool parties; Christmas Party; Afterglow youth fellowships, check out the calendar for specific events.

 

TEAMKID - (Summer Months of Year) We offer a special kind of learning activity for grades 1-6 on Wednesday nights through Teamkid.  With prizes, games, Bible lessons and activities geared for children, TEAMKID is a great way for children to learn about Christ and apply their knowledge while having fun.  TEAMKID is Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:20 p.m. 

 

VBS - Each June we offer Vacation Bible School for grades K5 through high school with special themed Bible lessons, arts and crafts, music, missions and a whole lot more.  We offer dinner and an entire week for children and youth to focus on Christ in a fun and exciting way.
